Our Process
Exact steps vary by garment and project, but the working sequence stays intentionally straightforward.
Tell us what garment you are looking to develop, whether the enquiry is bespoke or trade, and the key commercial context. We will identify the information needed to assess it.
We work through the relevant style, leather, construction, finish, sizing, branding or labelling points. Where something is not yet decided, it can be identified rather than guessed.
Once the requirement is sufficiently clear, pricing can be prepared against the agreed scope. The website does not publish fixed prices because commercial details depend on the project.
Where development or sampling is appropriate, the next practical steps can be agreed around the garment specification and project requirements.
Production details are confirmed in the relevant written quotation, order confirmation or agreement. Lead times and delivery arrangements are not assumed until they are agreed for the order.
If a specification changes or a new requirement appears, we prefer to deal with it directly and document the agreed change rather than rely on assumptions.
Ready to start?
A useful first message normally includes the garment type, whether it is bespoke or trade, the preferred style/finish and any quantity or timing context you already know.
